Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been 24 hours banned for using an AFK machine that I built. That is entirely true, and I do not dispute that. I would also like to point out that I will never repeat this offense again, and apologize for having done so.
Is there a record on which this ban will be recorded permanently? If so, would it be possible for this offence to be struck off such a record after a certain period?
I intend on playing by the rules set out by the server, and was too incompetent to read all of them, which is entirely my fault. I just dislike the concept that this error will forever be tagged to my account.
Yours sincerely,

Your ban is recorded in the link listed above, the record cannot be scrubbed. However, we do have a level of understanding and will likely not hold this against you once your ban is up.

Enjoy the server when you return!
